  • Why does the Play Store says "This app isn't compatible with your device"?
You need an Android phone or tablet running Android 3.2 or above, with an ARMv7 CPU (most devices for the last two years).
  • The feature ... doesn't work, why?
Some features might or might not be available on some cameras. We cannot do anything about it, sorry!
  • Can you add ...?
Sure! We'll be glad to add features. Feel free to contact us, or reach us on the XDA thread.
  • My phone doesn't seem to recognize my device.
Make sure you use an USB OTG cable. Some USB Host cables doesn't short the ground pin, and your Android device won't recognize the DSLR. Make sure to be in MTP mode on your camera also.
  • Is there a place we can discuss the app?
We opened a thread on XDA-developers forum, check it out!
